About the Career: In this role, you will serve as an internal consultant leading quality improvement initiatives. In this position you will apply Business Process Management, Lean, Robotic Process Automation, and Six Sigma Methodologies to improvement efforts, maximizing business performance, increasing customer satisfaction and returning savings to the bottom line.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or direct and applicable work experience
  • Minimum 4 years process improvement/business process analysis/business process engineering experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships to build and maintain ongoing, collaborative working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification


a. Conduct smaller end to end process evaluations, overlaid with customer feedback, performance standards and costs, to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the business to fully understand and scope these opportunities.

b. Lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing lean and six sigma methodologies, to maximize business performance, increase customer satisfaction and return savings to the bottom line.

c. Effectively use Lean Six Sigma methodologies, in the most appropriate manner to complete process improvement projects.

d. Assist with the certification process for Rapid Process Improvement and/or Lean. Coach and mentor candidates through this process.

e. Support the development and implementation of components of the process excellence strategy.
