About the role: In this role, you will deliver results by leading strategic program initiatives comprised of multiple interrelated projects which are interdependent, integrated, highly complex, crossfunctional broad scope, and high risk. You will work collaboratively with the business and Technology stakeholders to achieve the program strategic objectives, measurable goals, and deliverables. And you will guide both business and Technology staff in providing a consistent, stakeholderfocused approach to program management.

You may have formally led a team in the past, or have had informal leadership experience through program management, and apply advanced leadership concepts to effectively manage expectations of stakeholders and coach/motivate fellow team members.
