What’s the Organizational Development Team? Our Human Resources division integrates everything from the recruiting process, employee engagement and development, culture & inclusion, and employee benefits. The Organizational Development team’s focus is employee engagement as it relates to learning and development. You will have the opportunity to be involved with several of Wellmark’s learning and development efforts including instructor-led training, online course development, podcasts, handout, conference-style events and 1:1 development sessions. You will meet many individuals across HR and the organization to develop an understanding of a variety of roles and skills as well as work with subject matter experts.
