What's the role? Are you an inquisitive problem solver with a knack for troubleshooting? Do people compliment you on your ability to dig into the details? As an HRIS Administrator with the HR Operations Team you will be responsible for the day to day administration of HR systems/applications (Workday, ADP, etc.) including report writing, troubleshooting, support and maintenance. You’ll also have the opportunity to partner with others within HR Operations to support the HR technology roadmap and participate in the configuration, integration and testing for system implementations and upgrades.
What does it take to make the cut? At least a full year of experience in administering and troubleshooting an HRIS system – ideally with Workday – including writing and delivering standard and ad-hoc reports, so experience with advanced functions in Excel is a must. You’ll have knowledge of human resources business processes and a strong attention to detail with an ability to juggle multiple, conflicting priorities on a day to day basis. If you have experience in supporting major system implementations and upgrades (conducting needs analysis, creating and reviewing business requirement specifications, and planning for, testing and implementing modifications and enhancements) that’s a big plus!

Associate’s degree in related field or direct and equivalent experience
