As an Administrative Assistant in our Human Resources department, you'll support the Director of HR Consulting & Operations and the associated teams and will be accountable for ensuring effective calendar management, coordinating Business Continuity efforts and supporting various corporate recognition initiatives (e.g. summer outing, service recognition, holiday gift cards, etc.). You'll work closely with others to deliver results collaboratively but will work independently when appropriate, taking ownership and accountability for your daily work.
What does it take to make the cut? At least 4 years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment, supporting multiple leaders and/or team members. You should have experience managing special projects and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally both with administrative staff and other functional areas of the business. You are dynamic, excelling in managing multiple priorities with an ability to shift gears quickly and ensure that you - and those you support - stay on track.

Associate's Degree in Business, Office Administration, or related area, or direct and equivalent work experience.
