Wellmark is looking to hire an Enterprise Portfolio intern to help provide support and data analysis for the portfolio of projects.

     

    What projects might I support?  Although subject to change, examples of projects are included below:

    • Support the portfolio team by updating, pulling, and analyzing data from the portfolio management tool (Planview)
    • Maintain and monitor the enterprise portfolio tool.
    • Provide support to team members, vendors and other stakeholders through friendly, professional, timely and accurate responses
    • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the business strategy.

    This internship will start in May of 2019.

    Minimum Qualifications Required (all must be met to be considered)

    • Current junior or senior student pursing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management or related field
    • Ability to analyze data
    • Strong technical acumen, specifically with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Strong attention to detail; ability to follow and update/document processes
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively develop relationships of trust and collaboration
    • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to accurately perform multiple tasks simultaneously

    Hiring Specifications Preferred

    • Prior internship or work experience preferred
    • Prior project management experience
