As Sr. Account Service Rep, you’ll coordinate and support renewal and new group implementation activities for the Large Group (101+) market segment under minimal supervision. This could include researching, resolving, and providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customers, consultants, and agents via phone, written correspondence, or email. You’ll serve as an advocate on behalf of Wellmark by providing education regarding products and services to our customers and agents. Additionally, you’ll assist with the RFP process, support the coordination and facilitation of group enrollment and/or agent meetings, as well as collaborate with business partners (Operations, Underwriting, etc.) to evaluate the needs and requests of our customers.
