Our Business Vendor Relationship Manager will provide strategic oversight of our ancillary vendors. This includes building and maintaining external third-party relationships, managing and coordinating daily interactions and administration of relationships with ancillary vendors, and collaborating with procurement in the oversight and development of vendor contracts and service level agreements. This individual will work with the appropriate subject matter experts to ensure our ancillary vendors are performing in all aspects (such as great client service, operational excellence, and a competitive product/price) as expected and meeting client needs.
Ideal candidates possess direct vendor relationship management experience, including understanding specific details within contracts.
