What's your passion? Do you have a knack for bringing ideas to life through effective project management? Do others come to you to bring people together and “get the job done”? Does having a direct and positive impact on the health and engagement of employees appeal to you?
At Wellmark, driving change in support of creating sustainability in the health care system is important to us, so we believe "It Starts With Us" and the benefits mix we offer our employees is designed not only to attract and retain great talent, but also to encourage our employees to make healthy choices and be more informed, responsible health care consumers. This commitment extends beyond our workforce; many of the solutions we pilot with our own workforce become well-tested offerings for our customers to implement with their own employees.
As a Benefits and Wellness Analyst at Wellmark, you'll be a member of a team of professionals dedicated to delivering a continuously innovative mix of benefits; you'll have the opportunity to leverage your benefits expertise to cultivate cost-effective, value-added programs that drive positive results and be part of recommending and socializing these programs with executives. You’ll ensure that leadership and the workforce know not only understand how these innovative programs benefit them, but also how they positively impact sustainability, drive down costs and increase productivity; you'll develop and deliver implementation plans and that focus on employee education.
While you’ll always be developing fresh new ideas and delivering on these concepts, you'll also have the opportunity to maintain the benefits programs you’ve built over time, ensuring compliance, establishing baseline performance expectations, monitoring and analyzing the performance of the programs including reviewing regularly for opportunities to enhance effectiveness and offering data-driven recommendations regarding newly implemented and established plans.
