As a Benefits and Wellness Analyst at Wellmark, you'll be a member of a team of professionals dedicated to delivering a continuously innovative mix of benefits; you'll have the opportunity to leverage your benefits expertise to cultivate cost-effective, value-added programs that drive positive results and be part of recommending and socializing these programs with executives. You’ll ensure that leadership and the workforce not only understand how these innovative programs benefit them, but also how they positively impact sustainability, drive down costs and increase productivity; you'll develop and deliver implementation plans that focus on employee education.
While you’ll always be developing fresh new ideas and delivering on these concepts, you'll also have the opportunity to maintain the benefits programs you’ve built over time, ensuring compliance, establishing baseline performance expectations, monitoring and analyzing the performance of the programs including reviewing regularly for opportunities to enhance effectiveness and offering data-driven recommendations regarding newly implemented and established plans.
