About the Role: We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to our join our Procurement Team! In this role you will provide administration for third-party vendor contracts and, as necessary, other internal and external contracts. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance of and reporting on such contracts, including ensuring the contract database is kept up to date and that any contract events are communicated to the business or other appropriate stakeholders. Facilitate business and legal interpretation for contract-related issues and inquiries. Work in conjunction with Vendor Management to provide reviews and educational sessions for stakeholders. Will draft and route contract amendments and non-disclosure agreements for signatures, as needed. Facilitate non-employee processes around onboarding, tracking, and reporting on non-employees for the organization, while primarily focusing on validating that non-employees are performing services pursuant to an appropriate agreement.
Ideal candidate: Ideal candidates have previous contracting experience ideally within the legal/paralegal field. They have an eye for the details and can quickly move from task to task. Wants to engage with the business to help identify proactive strategies when it comes to the full life cycle of contracts.
