    About the Career: Wellmark is looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our Project Management Team as a Project Analyst! In this role, you will support the Wellmark Technology Project Management Team (PMT) in monitoring projects throughout the project lifecycle. You will also work with project managers to gather and analyze information about projects to include budget tracking, financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, and performing data analysis relevant to project tasks.

    Minimum Qualifications Required (all must be met to be considered)

    • Associate’s degree or direct and applicable work experience
    • 2+ yrs. experience with any combination of the following:
      • Knowledge of project scope, time and cost management.
      • Previous experience with project planning software, financial analysis and budgeting.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office; specifically MS Excel (formulas), presentations, etc.
    • Ability to analyze issues and situations systematically
    • Must be detailed oriented with the ability to solve problems
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    Job Accountabilities

    a. Coordinate the preparation and analysis of reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the project management tool.

    b. Support project managers by gathering and tracking detailed project information e.g. project plans, expected tasks, estimates and budget. Responsible for ensuring plans are accurately reflected in the project planning tool and assist with the continued maintenance of the plan throughout the lifecycle.

    c. Evaluating and monitoring the efficiency and performance of projects to make sure that project execution is on target. Review for accuracy and completeness investigates discrepancies.

    d. Create, manage and disburse reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing information from the project manager.

    e. Building and maintaining projectrelated reports, dashboards and metrics for the PMT.

    f. Provide updates to leadership regarding project deliverables and status updates.

    g. Other duties as assigned.
