Our Market Insights Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of trends and profitability measures by segment, distribution channels, buyer portfolio, benefit trends and financial performance within the business. This individual will conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including needs assessments, conceptualization, proposal development, and data analysis and reporting that drives setting segment strategies. In addition, this individual will conduct competitive intelligence research (e.g., market and data analysis, reporting), identify opportunities and gaps within our market, and offer suggestions for enhancements to existing products/services or for potential new products/services.
Ideal candidates have independently developed their approach to data analysis and research requests. They’re effective at distilling large amounts of information into a “story” with actionable results and enjoy influencing the development and delivery of customer-focused solutions.
