As a Wellmark Talent Acquisition Consultant you will develop and utilize a keen understanding of Wellmark's strategic business initiatives and leverage your knowledge of the internal/external market for talent to partner with business leaders in providing solutions that support on-going talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR colleagues to provide strategic consultation; including the identification of talent acquisition strategies that align with both the company's overall business objectives and unique needs for talent. You'll then be responsible for the successful implementation of talent acquisition strategies to proactively source, recruit and assess a highly qualified and diverse pool of candidates for a variety of roles, all while providing on-going consulting to your stakeholders in the process.
