a. Provide leadership and day to day management of financial and human resources, primarily focusing on employee coaching, development, performance improvement, coordination and budgeting for staff and departments specific functions/services. Support business objectives and produce results that are effective, accurate, and timely and on target to meet HR team and stakeholder needs.
b. Oversee and drive architectural design and implementation of solutions for Wellmark's Enterprise Collaboration Services team including collaboration tools, application virtualization, office tools and messaging, such as Office 365.
c. Drive the establishment and support of IT policies, procedures, standards, tools, methodologies, process improvements and migration strategies to support current and future needs of Enterprise Collaboration Services.
d. Lead and participate in complex projects that impact multiple Business Units and is responsible for all Enterprise Collaboration Services projects. Develop and assesses project and technology alignment with prescribed architectures, federal and state regulatory requirements, migration roadmaps, and IS standards / policies.
e. Design, build, and execute processes that ensure the delivery of quick and accurate problem identification and resolution serving as an escalation point for other teams, business units, and customers leveraging the expertise and services of technology partners and service providers.
f. Facilitate a team environment by which members can work with the highest degree of efficiency.
g. This position will benchmark, analyze, report on and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the Enterprise Collaboration Services infrastructure and systems including but not limited to system performance, user experience and service delivery.
h. Lead the engineering, implementation, maintenance, development and upgrade of IT systems for Enterprise Collaboration Services.
i. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations and service delivery while directing research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts while keeping current with the latest technologies.
