a. Compile complete, accurate and timely reports with data collected both internally and externally. Support Market Insight Analyst’s and the business by analyzing trends and profitability measures by market segment, distribution channels, buyer portfolio, benefit trends and financial performance within business segments to proactively provide insights to market segment teams and marketing to achieve the results laid out in business plans.
b. Support Segment Performance initiatives through the analysis of data. Analyze data obtained by the organization and partnering with the Analytics team regarding existing and prospective customers experience and assemble actionable insights that our market segment teams can utilize.
c. Collaborate cross-functionally with Wellmark stakeholders to gain valuable insights regarding the reception of Wellmark products, distribution channels and sales. Assist with analysis and reporting on corporate satisfaction measures – member, employer, provider and producer/agent. Work with Segment Performance initiative teams to recommend appropriate course of action for improvement.
d. Work with the Market Insights and Product teams to identify and execute a holistic Segment Performance and Product plan. One that is both qualitative and quantitative and encompasses competitive reviews.
e. Participate in annual planning with the market segment teams to identify any segment data needed to support key initiatives.
