What’s Enterprise Portfolio in our Technology Division? As technology is ever changing, at Wellmark we are continuously working to stay at the forefront of providing innovative and new technologies to our members externally and internally. Wellmark is looking to hire an Enterprise Portfolio intern to help provide support and data analysis for the portfolio of projects.

 

What projects might I support?  Although subject to change, examples of projects are included below:

  • Support the portfolio team by updating, pulling, and analyzing data from the portfolio management tool (Planview)
  • Maintain and monitor the enterprise portfolio tool.
  • Provide support to team members, vendors and other stakeholders through friendly, professional, timely and accurate responses
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the business strategy.

This internship will start in May of 2018.

Minimum Qualifications Required (all must be met to be considered)

To be considered you will be a current sophomore, junior, or senior student pursing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management, or related field and have:

  • Ability to analyze data
  • Strong technical acumen, specifically with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to follow and update/document processes
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively develop relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to accurately perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Hiring Specifications Preferred

  • Prior internship or work experience preferred
  • Prior project management experience
