What’s the Testing Management Office (TMO)? It is an organization within Wellmark Technology that focuses on Testing and Quality Assurance. The primary goal for the organization is to mature the testing and QA capabilities within Wellmark and to help build quality into the overall delivery of technology solutions.

 

What projects might I support? Although subject to change, examples of projects you will be contributing to include:

  • Process optimization for Testing and QA for various delivery models
  • Maturing the metrics driven delivery model
  • Establishing performance measure and baselines for each activity within testing lifecycle

Minimum Qualifications Required (all must be met to be considered)

To be considered you will be a current junior or senior pursing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and have:

  • Ability to analyze data
  • Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Detailed orientated and organized, self starter
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
