About The Role: As Trainer II, you’ll be responsible for the design, facilitation, and measurement of training using a variety of delivery methods for internal stakeholders as well as external brokers/agencies. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create measurable objectives for the training and design/implementation of measurement tools and you’ll design and deliver training that reflects adult learning principles and accelerated learning techniques. You’ll also perform administrative support tasks as necessary, including maintaining training supplies and materials, coordinating facilities, developing agendas and coordinating activities for formal training programs.
