a. Collaborate with business stakeholders in the identification of business capabilities to support overall development and delivery of the enterprise plan. Responsible for analysis of capability data and interprets results and makes recommendations based on findings
b. Analyze and interpret data using internal and external data sources to draw conclusions and support recommendations made to stakeholders that will help to achieve business goals
c. Support the development and implementation of a business capability roadmap. Support the Capability Planning Lead in the collaboration with business and Technology teams to consolidate cross-division business capabilities in an effort to prioritize, create, maintain and rationalize capability needs to support Wellmark strategy and the portfolio planning process.
d. Identify capabilities needed in order to support the overall Wellmark enterprise strategy. Build a multiyear roadmap that supports the implementation of business capabilities
e. In collaboration with the Capability Planning lead, will assist in the assessment of the maturity of current business capabilities and work with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance them.
f. Accountable for maintaining and updating division plans for the enterprise.
g. Seek ways to apply new technology to, and reuse existing technology for, business processes research and provide information on technical trends and competitors practices relevant to assigned business partners.
h. Identify areas of opportunity for optimization to deliver meaningful business value and act as a change agent to drive continual improvements to the organization.
i. Manage multiple tasks, data collection and reporting initiatives while supporting participation in cross-functional projects and other initiatives.
j. Independently complete reports, dashboards and analytical tasks. Assist with and support complex reports and analytic tasks including basic statistical analysis, what if analyses, and other analytical techniques.
k. Other duties as assigned.
